kb4538483 - according to the Update Catalog is an ESU related update, anyone know anything about it? Should it be installed, ect.? Says something...

Windows 7 Extended Security Update program is now running

BTW- This does work with Win 7 Ultimate. The test KB installed without issue.

Put the installer.bat file on your desktop, right click, run as admin
