So if i install Security Only update then i need to install all of it till date? and if i install Rollup then i only need the latest update?

Unfortunately it's the same.
History is cleared after deleting the sofware distrubution folder so only installed updates is i can show. 1....

Yes i tried that.
Yes i did reboot and tried every option on bypass.
I installed all the Prerequisite Updates and bypass tool still i am not getting any updates.
