It only happens when I select Home+Pro+Enterprise. Home and Pro only results in the correct ISO

I think this is not the solution, the ESD files that are downloaded to the UUPs directory are from the date: 17-07-2019, so that's 1903 base files...

I tried to make a 1909 ISO from the site but it still gets me a 1903 ISO?! Anyone else has this issue? I used this link...
