freezing icons on desktop also explorer after install update 1

7zip Had the same issue on both my yoga and surface. 7zip ended up being the cause. Haven't found a work around yet except uninstall it.

Most of the new boards dq77 dh61agl etc are uefi and you have to flash via vcustw.exe from the itk. its shows invalid signature and vcust refuses...

Phoenix tool injects the slic but the signature of the .bio file no longer matches so it refuses to flash:confused2:
