    “We will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to enforce the terms governing the use of the services".

    huge users database is $ for microsoft as same as facebook... what ever.. use it or go in forest... :biggrin:

    This is why I am interested in an off - line activation method ;
    -- will be reading up (slrmgr) on this forum ...

    There is no off line activation method. Once you are activate you can stay off line if you want.
