0x80070032 error 50 while installing updates via dism

    So, I was trying to install updates for my Windows using dism but I got this error, I'll leave the whole thing below so hope you guys can help me for that. Thanks!

    edit. Why smiley face is there ? I don't know, but the file is located in D:\.
    edit2. Why 6.1.7600 ? My ISO came with SP1 already.
