First check the hard drive and memory. They both cause BSOD and prevent installations.

Yes, its genuine, I've downloaded it from Microsoft........
@LM3 I've purchased new hard disk...regarding memory.....I've ran memtest and it didn't showed me any critical errors....

Please help if any tools out there ..that can help me to understand the problem in depth...for any corrupted devices......like GPU or CPU or motherboard or RAM...

Although genuine, are you certain the ISO hasn't become corrupt during download? Also, you might try burning to a disk at slowest speed and see how that works. Might be nothing more than your usb drops during installation.

    Probable cause in this order:
    1. Defective HDD.
    2. Bad install media. (iso, usb pendrive, usb port)
    3. Bad RAM.
    4. Defective capacitors on mobo/other damaged component on the mobo..

A common problem which can result in the 0xc0000005 error during Windows 7 installation is faulty RAM. You should run a memory diagnostic test to make sure all your ram is stable, You can also remove individual sticks of RAM to check if this solves the error. usually, faulty RAM is due to an individual stick.
