    Try to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Packages for x86 and x64.

    But you hate, detest, loathe and despise every single thing about Win 10, exactly as you did with Win 8/8.1. You post/posted endlessly of your hate for both, so how very odd that you would use/test it - bizarre!

    Run the game through dependency walker, you'll find out what is causing the error.
