0xc00000e9 error while installing Vista ?

    0xc00000e9 error while installing Vista ? Help. I've tried so many times but the same error every time..

    Edit: I can install 7/8/8.1/10 but Vista just doesn't work

    what are you installing Vista from DVD? is so try USB, from what I gather it is a disk error, either HDD or DVD.

    I'm using USB but i will try DVD
