Hello all. I have a Win7 Ultimate that I activate long time ago whit some off the early acc tools “don’t remember which one”. After KB971033 hit me my Windows become non genuine. I try several attempts to activate it but no luck. So I use RemoveWAT. Several days ago I decide to try again. I read this link how to restore system after RemoveWat in this forum and make all 3 steps. But my Win 7 dint activate. At startup I have a 0xC004F200 error, Windows ask me to activate it. So pls help.

    MGADiag say this:

I got the same problem when i first tried the command even though I did "run as admin" thing, then i change the ownership of the file watAdminSvc.exe
go to the file c/windows/system32/wat/watAdminSvc.exe and right click - properties - security - advance, then change the ownership, click the owner tab - edit and change it from trustedinstaller to administrator

Thanks mate. I tried Daz's Loader & RemoveWAT and they didn't seem to work. But Chew7 seemed to be able to do the job :)

You have the blacklisted key. You could have just changed the product key and revalidated.
