R2 activation disable

    Hazar:

    First off, thanks for a great Windows 7 activator. My question is, are you making a loader for Server 2008 R2?

    I think the op means it works in 2008 r2 as well.

    Hazar would be the best one to respond, but I don't think that a loader will be possible for 2008 R2 until a SLP key is available.

    I figured a valid OEM license key would be needed. I figured I could rig the older Server 2008 loader to use the new license key and certificate file but that loader isn't silent and shows the GRUB text on bootup whereas newer loader versions stealthed that flaw.

    If you could integrate the server 2008 and R2 loaders together you could have a one stop activation tool for Vista and higher.....

    Will you still be able to update windows server 2008 R2 with this?
    Will this last "forever", (if no updated are installed)?
