13 forgets serial after TK use.

    Howdy all,

    My Office13 works well after activation with TK2.5 for one day. They next day it reports all keys are missing and that's that.
    I've reinstalled twice. Works fine for a day.

    Ideas PLEASE!

    Nothing but MS Security Essentials. TK works fine now that I got rid of Spybot! But Office13 still forgets its serial. Help!

    oh well there was an unlikely culprit in my thinking. Glad you got it going and thanks for the info.
