    Unfortunately this doesnt work.

I discovered this yesterday, which means i will have to adapt my Volume DVD Guide as well.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news. :-(

Well in that case i will take your word for it.

I just meant to share what i have found yesterday (namely that Windows is designed to auto-remove non-default LPs on non-supported editions) but if you say you have tested it and it lasts, well, all the better...:)

This tuto is really great. I was surprised when I noticed the result on my computer. I know that Microsoft doesn't allow this kind of modification, but this tutorial really make the change of the language pack. I hope you'll get a chance to try this tutorial, you'll see that it'll change the Windows 7 Pro or Windows 7 Home Premium language to your own spoken language.

    Regards
    HAL:)

Do you see the new installed language in Windows 7?

I don't have installed the new language yet. I will go on with the installation only if I am sure that everything will be going to be all right and I have all my questions answered.

I understand that you want answers. I haven't tried to switch back yet, but I think, if you make a backup of the registry that should be an opportunity to switch back to the original language. You'll not have an oportunity to change back to the original language in the keyboard menu. So, make a backup of the registry before you use this tutorial.

There must be a switch or some way to easyly switch between languages any time at will, just like in win 7 ultimate.
