    Would it work if I used Win Toolkit v1.5.4.4 to integrate the 14393.10 update, then did the upgrade from 10586?

    I have the same issue.
    My OS is en-us but the warning is in my native language.
    I went to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\UI\Strings
    and deleted everything in my native language.
