2 scroll bar on chrome while playing video

hi there,

for some reason when i play any video on youtube, i get two scroll bars on the right side of the page.
i dont know why this is happening.

I also notice when i play other videos like streaming the virtual button are shiffted, meaning the mouse courses will could not point at the button but still click on the action of the button.

any ideas?

 

i switch to chrome beta and the problem went away.
