Here is the process followed for esxi 5.1 install: - created VM - .vmx modification with bios440 based on 361H_dell_cl09_21.rom (slic 2.1) - downloaded a retail iso and changed the Retail to OEM in .cfg file + burned iso - installed 2008 r2 Std VM - after install : tested with slic toolkit v3 -> Pkey read ok D7TCH-6P8JP-XXXXX / No OEM cert found - Installed certs from DELL-DD981F15.XRM-MS with command : slmgr -rilc pathtocert because command slmgr -ilc pathtocert returned error "Run slui.exe 0x2a 0xBBA to display the error text. Error 0xBBA" with this command the certs are well installed but slic toolkit doesn't find them and 2008 doesn't activate Is there something missing in the process?
