Have to use Server 2003 files. You wont need to make an Asus disk anyway. Just change your bios string to Hewlett-Packard and create a disk using the HP set i already posted.

    May I remind you that torrent-links or similar are a no-no? ;)

Anyone have the Server 2k3 files for TOSHIBA? I would rather not change anything in the bios of these machines.

    N.I.

The Dell and HP sets are all i have. Changing SLP 1.0 isnt hard to do and can be set back to factory specs just as easy. Use the HP set as it just requires the manufacture string changed. Write down the original string name and you can always add that back if needed. If you plan to dual boot XP and Server and still want both to activate then combine both strings in the manufacture listing.

    Example:

If you original string is: TOSHIBA

Edit the string to say: TOSHIBAHewlett-Packard

This will allow you to dual boot two differnt OEM SLP disks from two differnt OEM's and both will activate.

If you are wanting CRC's for the same two files as the HP Server thread its the same files.

CRC's for the DELL OEMBIOS files are:

After doing a CRC check on the WHS OEMBIOS files someone posted here that included Dell, IBM, and HP sets, the Dell set has the same CRC as the Dell 2003 files i uploaded, meaning they are 2003 files or WHS uses the same files.

The HP set are differnt than the HP 2003 set i uploaded.

The Pidgen.dll for WHS has a crc of CF33F2CE which is different than all 2003 versions.

Here are all of the CRC's

Anyone get this running with Windows 2003 R2 Standard SP2 Server ???

    Everytime i tried i got a "30 days left" message from W2k3 .. ?!

I tried Hewlett-Packard, Dell Computer and Dell System - and used the MSDN VLK R2 Standard Server Release ...

Looks like the royalty key for R2 is not correct? ...

Can someone upload a "all-incl-package" with the necessary files, PLEASE :)

VLK and SLP1.0 are two different things. If you try to use SLP oembios files on an vlk edition you basically ruin it unless you change the right files the right way, and either way still it will not work.

I am tired and may misunderstand your message, not sure if you used yen's method of taking a vlk and making it an oem. If you are, and tried that key I agree it is NOT an R2 key, but I assume, from my research, there IS an hp r2 slp key since I found a google article about server 2003 r2 oem "for HP servers only".

I would like, if anyone has a Windows 2003 R2 SLP key to please post it for us.
In other words, if you can find a R2 retail release, then you can mod it to be the SLP1.0 compatible.

But as far as I know, I do not think its even possible with R2 unless someone finds the correct SLP keys for it, since R2 used a different set of keys/pidgen.dll than the non R2 release.

Thanks bla and FreeStyler, I googled my butt off with every combination I could think of and could not find a key. I see you found pages I did not find in my search but as you see, even with that search you just get "R2 ENT OEM: missing".

Me and apparantly jamm are looking for a key for Enterprise R2 OEM. R2 is not the same thing as just SP2.

Is there really a big difference between the R2 and the non R2 version?. I'm running it as a workstation just because is much faster than xp and of course much, much faster than vista ,also it(Ent) does not have the 4 gig ram limitation . So for me the R2 edition is irrelevant . Don't know as a server what difference there will be.
