Hello guys, here on Brazil we have an "brazilian Ebay" called mercadolivreNow i want to buy for Office 2013 too (R$50,00 --> $20.00 USD)
1 seller(from many others), already sold 1200 times on last 12 months, 1200 positive feedbacks

I can see many announces selling Windows 7, 8.1, Office 2010 2013 etc.. with really nice prices, and all with good feedbacks saying it works

As i saw they sell Windows 8.1 cdkeys called FPPs (Full Packaged Product, what is that?)
And they say it is a lifetime cdkey, is it true?
The only thing they say is: i cannot install on another PC simultaneous, and if i do, the cd key will be blocked

Backing to Office 2013 cdkeys, it isn't FPPs but VL(in some cases) , but they say the cdkey will work 4ever
The only advise is i cant install in other PC, but i can install again if i need to format my PC

Here is my question. If i must format, How do microsoft knows ill install on same PC and not on other PC?
What if my HD dies, and i need install a new Windows on other HD, they will think im installing on a new pc and im f********d? How it exactly works?

    Im almost buying

And why it is so cheap? The only thing i can imagine is: they buy many cd keys on Microsoft for a good price, and then sell it.
Is there any Trick? For example, on next year the Seller just ask for microsoft a new cdkey saying someone stolen his cdkey, and then microsoft blocks my cdkey, does it even exist or am i being paranoid? :D

    Thank you!

    @MrMagic
    I omitted a information
I already bought and im already using Windows 8.1 Pro activated with an FPP for R$100,00 (~ 40 usd, but i can find por 30)

What possible trick he can do with me?
Just wondering.. Can he send the same Cdkey on next year for another buyer? Then the cdkey will work for his new buyer, and automatically my cdkey will be blocked?
Or if i already got my cdkey it cannot be installed on another PC?

Now i want to buy for Office 2013 too (R$50,00 --> $20.00 USD)
The guy already sold 1200 times on last 12 months, 1200 positive feedbacks

It is cheap because the keys are sold to multiple person in order to get back the profit atleast 25 x 5 = $125 which is a good money. Not everyone is going to re-install or going to ask for a refund or come back to the seller.

You are not scammed, if your existing key is blocked you can ask for another key hope the seller would give you the replacement.

why spend money anyway, when you can simply use MTK, no matter what way you look at it. MS is getting screwed on your deal or MTK

Unless they're listed as verified resellers on a MicroSoft webpage somewhere, I wouldn't trust them at all.

To recognize a PC by its motherboard is quite common and easy, imo.
But how does this seller has any impact on it?
Wouldnt microsoft needs to remember and connect the motherboard to the key?
Something like with laptops that have Windows pre-installed?
But you can install these keys on other PCs imo.

    Kind regards
