    Will a genuine Vista Ultimate OEM 32 bit Product key work on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit retail DVD installation?

    acrsn..Are you sure...I have read many places that oem and retail makes no difference a key is a key with Windows 7. As long as key is for same version doesn't matter.

    Why would Vista key work with Windows 7 ? of course it doesn't.
