    Hey,
I have a legitimate ASUS 32bit OEM Vista key and I want to upgrade to a 64bit version,
    What should I do??
    Thanks in advance.

Just do a fresh install of the 64 bit version, the key is good for both versions. :)

There is no separate key for x64 you can use the x86 legit key

Any disk will do, but you need SLIC 2.x in your BIOS, Vista key (that you have), certificate (either slipstreamed to DVD or installed later)

look in C:\Windows\System32\OEM there should be a .XRM-MS file there that is your certificate
