    rename the .cab file to .mlc double click it
    does not work ?

    All of old methods are working. I'm sorry for confusion.

    Nice work with the first post.

    Ppl are currently asking in several threads how to install language pack(s). Hopefully they'll now see this thread and save them asking in other threads.
