I must say that it works perfectly , tested and approved. Just a little bug but I informed you already in PM.
not all of metro applications are translated. some are in english when you install with other language selected.
this is by design from microsoft all windows 8.1 lang packs are english-based and partially localized (meaning some resources are still in english)
no, they are not. Some Metro tiles are not translated correctly when using language pack. Using the original language version, all tiles are displayed in native words. Guess that this bug is corrected after GA by hotfixes
yes, original language iso's is fully localized, but not the lang packs i doubt if it's a bug, maybe MS wanted it this way
