I want to put together a 64 bit oem cd.
Are there any oem specific keys besides the royaly ?
Do I use the same oembios files as 32 bit ?
    Can I create a winnt.sif for unattended install ?

I've been searching for these answers and the "truth" is between them !

would using the msdn retail xp x64 sp2 cd be ok.
just wanted to clarify few steps...
    1. i have original xp (32bit) oem cd with sp2 slipped - based on replies below I can add the oembios files to the x64 cd yes?(or does this depend on SLP key word in bios) thus i need for eg.. Dell oembios files if keywrd is Dell Computer

    2. the x64 oem files DPCDLL.DL_, PIDGEN.DLL, SETUPP.INI the links below has reached limit. i searched but couldn't any links plz post em if u got em... these files aren't oem specific are they??

    3. finally i just put these oembios files , x64 oem files from (step 2) into there respective folders compile the cd and should be good....

if any one got a write for xp x64 to convert to oem plz post.

    thanks for ur help.

i copied all necessary files to the iso and burned it but it is not working. the installation is ok but it still ask me for the product key. it was not recogniced from the winnt.sif that i copied to i386 folder.

Can you please post a snapshot of your winnt.sif
It would never ask for a product key if you did it correctly.
