Why is it always warm countries like Spain and Turkey getting the good stuff first?

You think that's annoying, try finding all the Pro N VL versions of non-English isos. It's damn near impossible to find someone with VL access who's willing to DL them all.

If someone needs the VL version they most likely have a volume licence and access to the VLSC

Challenge will be to get all the rest of editions, OEM editions specially... seems we need a charitable person to download an IR5 esd file for us
you know, CCSL, CSL, CC, PS.
For these OEM editions we really need an OEM machine with Windows 8 Single Language Spanish and upgrade from Store to 8.1 and get/grab the IR5 esd file, within that file we can pull out the rest of OEM editions.

Procedure:
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

folder name differs
and the file is system hidden

when store upgrade progress reaches 50% this mean the download is complete
you need to be quick and copy the file to amother location
because it will get decrypted and removed to C:\$Windows.~BT

 

No necesitas descargar tanto, solo comienza la descarga y cancelala un par de minutos despues y la direccion de la descarga del .esd estara en c:\windows\windowsupdate.log

I think X wants ppl with OEM version of windows 8.1 in spanish do the windows store trick to download and share different .esd versions like singlelanguage, coreconected, etc

You can stop it right after it starts and check windows\windowsupdate.log for the esd download link.
It's provisioned, so it will only work for like a day.

Same as you did, with x32.
