    Hello BusyKid508, thanks for what you're doing also, but i just went to the eMachines site, and they told me (the live technician) that a BIOS for my W3653 model for download doesn't exist. is there another way i can get it?

    Do they have a recommended utility program which will back up your bios? If they do, you can submit that.

    nope, they didn't recommend anything.
