Well we know there's a build 7600. That's rather significant since it seems unlikely to me MS would have made a build 7600 unless they intended it to be RTM. There have been some suggestions MS may increment the build no to 16386. Also, the exe has been signed, I'm not sure but do MS sign all their internal testing builds? Seems unlikely to me.
