Well then, that "wzor" must be a nickname for someone that "nath90" knows, and nobody else does. Just go to wzor.net like everybody on the net, and you'll find no mention of 7680, 7700 or any other figment of imagination. That page, which is pretty reliable thus far, repeatedly mentions that build 7600 is final, but MS will probably knock up a new assembly (include some updated drivers for example) and give it a new sub-version (7600.16386 or 7600.1900 or whatever). Which is very probable now that 7600.16384 leaked so early, but won't really change anything.
Since you're uploading the chinese iso, you should also upload the x86 english language pack, it would only be fair since you uploaded the x64 chinese language pack, so you should upload the x86 english language pack, if you do it would be great! Not sure if you ever heard of the program or not, but there's a program called TeamViewer which allows you to file transfer to others, it would be a great idea to use that to transfer a build for example, to someone who has a better connection, and distribute to others who have good connections. It takes a couple of hours or so to transfer 2-3GB.
Thank you very much for uploading. You should of course upload any versions which you see fit, though I for one I'm grateful you decided to upload 64bit English version first, but it's up to you. Incidentally, I wonder how many of our English speaking western friends would take time to upload a Chinese language version? I suspect they would only ever be interested in English versions, and would leave the Chinese language to the Chinese to sort out. So, much credit to you for uploading English language at all.
