7600.16385 => Question

    7600.16385 is the final version of Windows 7?

    Yes, it's the final version. Once Microshaft goes RTM it's final no more changes to the build.

    what is RTM by the way? (i mean what is R , T and M)

    RTM = Release To Manufacturing

    EDIT: Also, 7600.16385 is still the base Build of the Iso. It only jumps to 7600.16399 after you apply updates, BUT if you look it will still show 7600.16385, only the kernel number changes, and that can only be seen via regedit.

    @hersounds

    is that 16399 genuine from Microsoft ?? can you show us the "setup.exe" version ?

    NO there is NO 16399 ISO and there won't be one EVER.

    ALL these so called "genuine" are 7600.16385 isos updated with the patches that leaked. The patches aren't even official yet and some they won't. They are test updates.

    exactly...is the same,but if u don't download anything or do you need have patches into the ISO,you can download it....again if you yet have 16385 just install patches, nothing to worry

    If I would want to install these USELESS patches I would download them from MS site (FREE) not from bogus rapidshare links.

    Some patches won't even see the light of day.

    Hunting for points???

    lame' ...i'm xtreme systems member and 16 years old experience in hardware ( i have 31 years old ) ...so don't let me laugh

    they aren't test updates. Otherwise they would've been distributed by WU for 7100.
