Please excuse me if I'm being ignorant and if this has already been posted, but can someone simply explain if it's possible through the cmd prompt to change back from the OEM version to the unactivated RTL?

Ie can I unload the OEM certificate and remove the blacklisted SLP?

    Thanks!

No problem. Thank Opa and his wonderful Windows 7 Repository. It is a noobie wonderland in there, very nice, easy to understand, great information. :)

the rilc command doesn't matter. I just used that after uninstalling the 22xx key. The only thing you need to do is change the key to the trial key.
