*Sigh*, those connections are not ours, they are usually initiated by your ISP. You get them all the time. Install peerguardian and watch the list scroll and you'll see what I mean.

yeah I don't know how you could sneak a trojan in one of these loaders unless they are the .exe based type.

Most of them are batch files that run a few simple commands. The ones that are not well maybe but if there was something malicious in them I am sure everyone on the internet would know by now.

not any member here at mdl would infect anything with trojans etc.... These tools are a thing of trust so either live with it or let it be....

Some things aren't connected with the loader. Check what's running in the background. Some anti virus heuristics find a false positive when it comes to loaders or some modding tools. Easy to explain - those tools go into the system very deep so they're sometimes misinterpreted as malevolent.

If you trust or not is your decision - you can do scans such as these that McLovin did...but do you think there wouldn't be tons of reports of maligne code or the loader would be this successful if it can't be trusted? If you still don't trust - bad luck. No one forces you into using this loader.

I mean, that stuff is sooo outdated, the download isn't even worth it. Just use Daz Loader and you'll be just fine. Yes; it's that simple.

It's funny I put an assortment of loaders, etc in my repository based windows 7 torrent. Once in a while a downloader would flag it as infected. They would say it was the orbit one. My AV never flagged it though...lol

And no one ever complained of any problems that a virus infected computer would imply...lol

Dude, I have seen a lot of orbit30/hazar loaders get flagged. That is because they have been tampered with. For proof get a copy of one that was reported as a virus. Download and install a program called "Universal Installer", extract the loader exe to a folder and you will probably find another file called something like 1 or 2.exe in it. That file is a virus that has been cheaply slipstreamed into the loader and runs when the program is executed. The reason why some AV's flag better is the packing software in the AV, how good it is. That is why some detect and some don't. I personally use KIS 2010(Cracked with BOX) and it detects every single loader out there that has the 2.exe file slipstreamed. Just to let you know. I hope this helps. I would definately check those out that ppl are reporting as viruses though for sure.

It was very rarely and I'm done with that torrent even though it still has like 1200 seeds...lol Anyhow it's been like 5 months and no one's ever complained so maybe it was harmless or whatever. Thanks for the info.

Your welcome. If you have not got any more complaints then it was either an AV false possitive or some douchbag that was reporting legit safe torrents as viruses for whatever reason. Probably the first one though lol. :)

Yea just complaints as to the false positive. Never any complaints of wierd problems and probably a couple douchbags just to make things fair...lol
