I think I will buy this used monitor (HP EliteDisplay E190i) which it has a 8ms response time gray to gray and what does this mean ?
Regarding to this monitor resolution would it be ok in games ?
I will use it for games like Battlefield 4 and i'm not playing racing and football games much
and would that monitor harm my eyes ?
Would IPS and response time affect to FPS in games ?
I will buy a GT 710 card for gaming would it be a good choice for its price ? and what version is the best Gigabyte, ASUS or MSI ?
This monitor and graphics card both will be used on a HP core I3 3rd generation with 8gb of ram tower PC.

It means you might see ghosting when playing games like FPS

1-2ms is common now, 8ms is pretty high when talking about a gaming monitor

Terrible low resolution too (1280x1024) 4:3 aspect ratio...

    Avoid this monitor

    Get a 16:9 with 1920x1080 and 2ms response

I was using a 5ms wide 18.5 inch monitor and it was perfectly fine in games for me ! Does it really differs from 8ms that much ?
