Did you renamed the bios file to e.g. "Bios.rom"
    And you're syntax is exactly the same, e.g: afudos /iBios.rom /pbnc /n
The biosfile name is right after the "i", no spaces between them.

Yes I renamed it the same as the original downloaded BIOS a7350nms.250. The command I used was afud408 ia7350nms.250/pbnc/c. Should I use a different name?

    Rename it to bios.rom
Type this line exactly after dosboot: afudos /iBios.rom /pbnc /n
make sure afudos is on the disk also.
If it still not working, try to flash a original bios. ( also rename to bios.rom)

Tried renaming, tied original bios no luck. Maybe time to try a different floppy drive, however it did work on my p35 chipset (unfortunately the bios i tried didn,t work bricked it) so I'm not sure what is wrong.
