He didnt, those keys in the dropdown box are retail MSDN keys, this gives off the wrong message as he is combining them with certs in the UI, making it look like an OEM key.
So basically when the keys reach there maximum activation limit or microsoft blocks them, this will become useless

how can i de-activate my windows. i used the "internet" method but can only use it for 180 days. will /rearm or /upk (activation ID) in the cmd work?
WoW dude LOL You see that little button that says Uninstall Under Lo*der settings? Click it, follow the prompts if any, then reinstall. >.>
ill try that. i was just sayin i used the "internet" method and didnt install the loader, so why would i do the "uninstall" under the loader settings?
