I know most could probably still access the internet via their phone but this still made me chuckle. 'On Facebook, Deutsche Telekom engineers recommended that users unplug their devices, wait for 30 seconds and restart their router.' Giving people instructions on the internet about how to access their internet seems somewhat counter-intuitive.
