    Gateway LT20 - any advantage to update BIOS?

    I have a Gateway LT2044u (LT20 series) that is really a rebadged Acer AOD250.

    The Gateway's BIOS is labeled v1.10 and dated 9/4/09. I have installed and activated Windows 7 starter edition on it. Also has 250GB HD, bluetooth, 1 GB RAM etc.

    When I run CPU-Z, it shows the CPU is running at 1662.8 MHz on a 10X multiplier.

    Would there be any advantage to installing the latest Acer BIOS v 1.26?
