There might be a problem running the "Update_Settings.cmd" on a Windows 8.1 machine.
I've found that it will not always play nice on that platform. Using on a Windows 7 machine however works flawlwssly. Unsure about Windows 8.
The setup can be done on any machine, not just the one you want to install to.

OK, not the best choice of words.
By 'constantly' I mean a few times a month and usually at customers premises. Where a couple of large capacity USB drives work best.
I've messed with MDT a couple of times and I like it, but its too centralised and resource heavy for my needs.
As for Recovery, most of my systems are 'One Offs' so I partition off around 5GB and Capture the completed install to it.
I've even been known to replace the Factory images with them ;)
