A bit of Windows XP Troubleshooting Help

    My computer (Windows XP Professional 5.1) is not allowing me to download software or
    run remote apps. The message the pops up reads "This action is only valid for products that
    are currently installed"

    Any ideas from anyone?

    Thank you, however, I'm using SP3 at this point, that was an SP2 hotfix.
