Wow. Really shows how bad their decision was to remove the QA department.

It's a good thing I set updates to manual-only (through Group Policy) and stayed on 1809.

What's funny is that people call me stupid because I disabled the automatic updates, and yet these same people are usually the ones complaining and shocked when an automatic update breaks their OS or deletes their files.

It's creates a new user profile and logins into that one instead...

Most likely in error thinks that the user profile is corrupt so it creates another one.

Microsoft is supposed to be testing these things in insider preview channel... But agian microsoft isn't following their own rules......

This information is incorrect, this update will not cause absolutely any problems or delete anyone's files. It is not at all nothing to do with Your files.
The Anti Microsoft Team is working at its full potential and is giving out absurd misinformation at every opportunity. Already several years and nothing happens with them. It's really very intersting how it is at all possible. Why such such a desinformation can be regularery published and thousand times copied from forum to forum. Where are the people who should check what is published from day to day.
Why is need to make such a panic?
It is completely incomprehensible, that the distributors of such fake information are always the same people and the same sites. And nothing is done about them. Again and again they are spreading completely malicious and wrong messages.
All names are also the sames, all sites are the same and everything continues. Forever?

Are you "people" ? Maybe you would talk about your things and what really exists. What You personally have seen.
I think no one has given you the right to speak for all people! Talk about your problems when you have them and you can't handle them yourself.
And what are the "people's system tray icons" you are talking about? What are these things? Please provide an explanation of the icon you lost.

the update does not delete any file, it just that in some PC configurations it fails to load current user profile and it load a temp profile, which is like a temp clean user account, that's why the user think it deleted the files.

    *laughs in LTSC*

A delayed update is eventually a good update.

  13. It happened to another person I know, when I brought up the issue in another forum I'm on.

    And that's all I'm saying.

Nope. Hell Nope! LTSx and/or Linux! Even LTSC feels bloated to me, any 'full' version of Windows 10 is unusable in my opinion.

"Hack the store back in"? I would "hack" it out if it was there, LOL.

Absolutely, the non LTSC users are all insiders testing for us. Their sacrifice is appreciated.
