Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Is there a way I can permanently activate Windows 10? I am the tech guy amongst a lot of people. Everyone contacts me for technical assistance. Problem is, most KMS activators work only for 6 months, so these people keep calling me again and again. Is there a trustworthy way to activate Windows permanently?

If you use KMS_VL_ALL and it will rerun on its own so the 180 day thing shouldn’t be an issue. Or search online for a HWID solution.
The only legal activation would be upgrading or buying but activated once people are happy so they don't care which way it comes to them I believe
Any legit W7, W8 or W8.1 key will still activate Windows 10 as an upgrade. I just did 3 this past weekend. No real excuses for other nefarious methods
HWID doesn't need any key, most don't have old keys laying around, full upgrade or the gatherosstate.exe shortcut will provide a legit hwid for anyone
Just a matter of semantics. Yes, that works. But using a W7-8.1 key you can easily purchase for $2-$5 is guaranteed legal, that way, not so much.
It's just bs that it exists but is not allowed to be mentioned and send people to buy stolen/illegally obtained keys.
Why is on MDL kms supported but hwid but not supported? Both are linked to windows exe, kms (SppExtComObjHook.dll) on SppExtComObj.exe (SppExtComObjHook.dll instead of SppExtComObj.exe), hwid (slc.dll) on gatherosstate.exe (slc.dll instead of sytem slc.dll). Both generate values, kms activation string, hwid that is win activated for gatherosstate.exe. 1. Win 7/8.1/10 (ilegal (without license) daz loader or slic or etc) > GenuineTicket.xml (gatherosstate.exe) > upgrade > Win 10 (GenuineTicket.xml, DL) 2. GenuineTicket.xml (gatherosstate.exe, slc.dll) (GenuineTicket.xml (1) = GenuineTicket.xml (2)) > Win 10 (GenuineTicket.xml, DL) I see nothing wrong with HWID if there is nothing wrong with KMS and other procedures. Full hwid principle: Normal: gatherosstate.exe > slc.dll (system) > what is the license and activation status? > really > DL only for retail (not vl) and activated hwid: gatherosstate.exe > slc.dll (enclosed) > what is the license and activation status? > retail and activated > DL always What's wrong on HWID for MDL?
Yes, I know I should be recommending them purchase of original licenses, which I do if they are computers being used in a business. But for personal laptops and home users, I cannot tell them to purchase original Windows, especially in a third world country like mine where $130 is quite a lot of money. Absolutely none of the home users are going to pay it. It's to the point where laptop OEMs like Dell, Lenovo and others will ask you in the stores if we want original or pirated Windows to save the extra cost and will go a step further to provide provide the pirate versions themselves. To get a valid statement on this you would have to email Microsoft and ask them. Nobody here is able to do. All the replies on this would be a personal assessment. This isn't subject of the topic. We made a decision, an assessment, what we support here and what not. It's no problem to get support elsewhere. HWID is not about right or wrong. Here is no place for discussion because it's not here. We, MDL, drew the line at using enclosed slc.dll and because here are already enough other ways posted. MDL forums are running since 2007. It is good that not anything is here and other forums have their ways. Back to topic....
You have to use a proper KMS solution with auto-renewal, such as KMS_VL_ALL by @abbodi1406 which is the best KMS activation script imho, also the SECO Injector, which KMS_VL_ALL uses is fully Open Source, so that's another bonus (transparency).
For LTSC, I like to use KMS38. 19 years of activation, and I doubt anyone will still be using Windows 10 LTSC in 2038.
KissKMS is also a good option! Activated Windows and Office 2016 with it without any issue (on Android)
