Uhhh What I was asking for somebody to come forward with the cab files for the builds i specified I dont want to download off baidu because its SO SLOW My plan is to upload them to betaarchive (maybe at least for 19002.1002 and 19035.1000) I can find 19002.1002's KB4526447 cab but i need the kb4526451 file to complete it

The last chance for you is to 1. install the initial version (19002.1, 19035.1...) 2. run Windows Update 3. use ESEDatabaseView.exe to see it they are available like I showed at #2 Good luck
Another chance: Go to PCbeta. I know that there is a person who does the same thing as you do. I did such thing when I was young. But it is hardly ever to wait for someome. So I learned to apply all editions in 38 languages, and captured the updates. Do you have the patience and skill?
