    Hi all,

I'm trying to do a Win7 clean install on a custom build. I'm installing from a USB, click on Install Windows, and then I get the screen asking for the CD/DVD driver missing. How do I get past this screen? Do I need to download a different Win7 iso?

No one knows exactly how you created a bootable install USB thumb drive for Windows 7 SP1.
No one knows what hardware is in your custom built computer.
If you can provide that information, the people here may be able to help you.

Your W7 iso does not have mass storage drivers for newer motherboards.

Look for a thread here which talks all about those drivers.
