Other than version 1.2.1 which is dated August 2012, is there a newer or better version of this tool?

    Does it no longer work?

Or just remove/rename ei.cfg to .bak.

Or just rename it to .bak within the iso, like @Enthousiast suggested. As in there's no need to look for a dated tool, when so many other programs can do the job.

The current version of the tool works fine.
I was just curious if there was a newer version or an alternative tool.
Thanks for all of the suggestions.

In all honesty - what for? I highly doubt there's some futuristic, highly advanced method of... removing a file from an iso... that needs to be incorporated into an already working program. There really is no point.

You are Absolutely correct friend . user asking about updated version of just a single file removal utility from an iso image makes no sense.
