About to buy a Windows based Tablet, need advice

    Hi everybody!
    I want to buy a tablet/slate based on Windows, I need the following specs (don't even know if exists...)

    WIFI + 3G
    9 to 11 inch
    Minimum 2 USB ports
    USB 3.0 (desirable)
    4GB RAM + SSD
    Support for future WIN8
    Support for external keyboard and mouse
    HDMI output

    Is there any hardware available with similar specs?
