Accept Insertion/Accept deletion options

    Hi peeps, need a spot of help here. I have my CV which I had done for me by a good friend who is no longer around. Im trying to add more details and delete other details. I can do this but the only problem is that I have to right click and select whichever option I need such as "accept insertion" or "accept deletion". How can I gret rid of this rule and just add or delete whatever I want then save as normal once Ive completed it. Im using office 2013. I have tried on Office 2010 and its the same. Thanks in advance, I know this will probably be an easy one for a lot of people and once someone points me in the right direction, it will probably be easy for me as well. thanks in advance guys, any help with this will be very much appreciated :eek:
