Hi bro n sis, this is regarding the battery. the original one is rated at 10.8v. i got another battery rated at 11.1v. can i use it on my lappy? Thanksssss
The battery voltage（11.1V） was not necessarily equal to that rated voltage, the production also has the error ，0.2V more or less，the diode can endure 0.675V, or connet one diode in series.
NEMA requires electrical devices to operate and nominal rated voltage + /- 10%. So your battery can be 10.8 + 1.08 V or 10.8- 1.08 V. Now the critical path is if they are physically identical and will fit into the compartment.
