This computer is an early InsydeH2O example. It seems like the computer can support EFI straight up, to the point of mentioning that it is an EFI BIOS. However, it seems that the BIOS is locked to CSM boot only, and that there are no EFI and EFI/CSM boot options. This is probably due to how EFI was an experimental standard at the time. Is it possible that EFI boot can be enabled through hacks/an advanced menu?

UPDATE: Enabling advanced mode through the very same SetupPE method that illia1990 used to unlock his Aspire 5750G did not help any (see thread #27730 for more details). I was greeted to a more elaborate setup with some good CPU settings, but I could still not see an option to enable native EFI booting.

I assume deeper patches might need to be done. EDIT: Yes. The necessary modules for actually using the EFI shell are compiled out. DiskIO, Partition, EmuVariable, LaunchApp, FAT modules, etc.
