hi, i have a laptop aspire acer 5732z which won't boot .it makes a beeping sound more like an alarm or timer[tick tock] something like this for 10 to 15 times and then immediately goes to bios screen.i can navigate within the bios screen and make changes but if i reboot the same problem arise and this continues. The only way i found to be able to bypass this is to repeatedly press the F8 key[label :sound/volume] key during the boot process and then windows 7 will load and functions normally.from there everything is ok but if i restart the same problem occurs. here are some specs about the laptop: windows 7 64 bit home 2gb memory ddr 2 here is the beep code in .3ga formatplease download and listen to it @@@depositfiles.com/files/thx4wsu21 @@@@w w w .mediafire.com/?zkiapelidk87cs2 thanks
i have removed the laptop keyboard and connect it to usb keyboard and now everything is fine. so now i can confirm that the keyboard is faulty thanks for all support guys
