acer key

    acer oem ultimate key not working on an acer laptop, daz`s loader just keeps coming back with a status of unactivated, but bios is recognised as ACRSYS.
    anything i can or should be doing guys

    thanks guys

    it is a fresh install so no previous loaders, and i did presume because its a newish acer laptop it would already have slic 2.1, perhaps i am going to have to emulate it then.

    certificate...

    I didn't see anything talking about a certificate...

    did you install a matching certificate too?

    there are several acer certificates out there

    I remember modding my ACER XPC installed a certificate then ACER Key
    I checked the activation and it wasn't activated...
    So i was like WTF... then I tried using a different certificate..
    and got it activated perfectly fine...
