Need help with Acer M5-481PT supervisor password-trying to reset it. Downloaded Service Manual which describes using a tool called SuPw.exe (can't find it) but suspect there is also a CMOS jumper method...under the mSATA drive slot there is a set of jumpers marked J1 and J2...don't know what they do, but tried J1 with no battery and no CMOS battery, applied AC from power charger... and didn't seem to fix anything. Maybe there is a series of steps? I just need help to try to get in to Insyde BIOS so I can change the UEFI to Legacy BIOS at some point...I am third owner and second owner didn't know a password was even set as the machine works fine as is...any help appreciated!!! M
