I upgraded from Acronis 2016 to 2018 build 9207 and activated with the new patch 08/26/2017. Everything looks ok and the program interface shows "successfully activated", but when I built a linux recovery cd (from ADD12 to get disk director on the same cd) and boot up, the recovery cd "about" shows "Acronis 2018 build 9207 Unregistered Trial Version". Should this happen and is it going to restrict the functionality?
try building it from true image - it should contain ADD automatic (if installed), i will check too... EDIT: i did it like mentioned above and have a full version trial is restricted: you can only recover, not backup EDIT2: and yes, if i do it from ADD it's trial...
